Graduation Forms

In order to graduate from Valdosta State, a student must first submit an application for graduation and pay the graduation fee. Take the next steps to get started.

1. ELECTRONIC GRADUATION APPLICATION Must be completed in order to be eligible to graduate
   • Instructions for completing the graduation application
2. PAY GRADUATION FEE
   You will receive an email confirmation/receipt sent to the email address you provide-this is not the Graduation Application
3. Early or Late Walking Procedures (Alternate Graduation Ceremony Form)
   • Email registrar@valdosta.edu to begin the request process.
